What iGB L!VE 2024 was like. Interview with Betatransfer Kassa businessdevs Alex Volk and Vlad Grigori
From 16 to 19 July Amsterdam became the epicentre of the iGaming industry, hosting one of the most important exhibitions of the year – iGB L!VE. More than 10,000 iGaming and affiliate marketing professionals from all over the world gathered in the Dutch capital. Of course, we at Betatransfer Kassa could not avoid the conference. Our bizdevs Alex Volk and Vlad Grigori were there.
So, what was it like? We asked the guys about everything.
– Let’s start with the general – what was it like?

It was incredibly active. Even before arriving at the conference my Calendly was full of meetings.

Each of us had more than 20 meetings a day. There was not enough time for literally anything, including a cup of coffee. So, answering the question how it was, first of all it was very active and productive.
– Vlad, you joined the team not so long ago this is not your first conference but probably one of the largest?

It was. The location was just huge. On the first day I even managed to get lost until I studied the map better. By the way, special praise to the organisers. Everything is at the highest level: clear, fast and professional. On the second day, which, fortunately, was a little calmer than the first, I had time to see all the stands, meet everyone and even the organisers.
– What were potential customers most interested in?

As we like to say, we are the kings of elegant P2P solutions. Our expertise is especially strong in the market we work with the most. I tell about the former CIS countries. And if, for example, in Ukraine iGaming market is developed, our solutions for Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan are unique, and therefore most of all questions were related to them.

I would like to note that these markets are the most interesting now for representatives of adalt and deiting spheres. Therefore, if you work in these niches and have not yet entered all available markets of the former CIS, you should definitely do it.

And of course, a lot of people are interested in our new solutions. India, Japan, Brazil – I received questions about them at almost every meeting. Analysts call these markets the most promising at the moment and it is really true. So if the company I am talking to is not yet in one of these markets, it definitely wants to enter.
