For Betatransfer, 2025 marked a shift towards focused execution and sustainable growth. Rather than expanding into new geographies, the company concentrated on strengthening its presence in existing markets, refining payment solutions and driving higher conversion rates.

Annual turnover increased by 42%. The CIS region continued to dominate, maintaining its position as the top three revenue-generating markets. India ranked fourth by volume, while crypto-based payment methods secured fifth place, showing steady and consistent growth.

Headcount expanded by 30%, with new hires across sales, customer support and engineering. Team growth was aligned with operational demand and product scalability, ensuring efficiency rather than overhead.

Client portfolio dynamics also evolved. The proportion of small and mid-sized merchants exceeded 34%, improving overall profitability. Among enterprise clients, Share of Wallet grew by 15%, supported by long-term partnerships and stable transaction volumes. Merchant LTV continues to extend over multiple years.

P2P payment performance remained strong. Across CIS markets, conversion rates held between 60% and 90%, depending on location. In India, where user intent had largely disappeared, Betatransfer rebuilt its P2P infrastructure from the ground up, achieving 30–45% conversion on FTD traffic. Conversion in Kazakhstan also increased significantly following the suspension of traditional acquiring, now exceeding 50%.

Overall, 2025 validated Betatransfer’s strategic direction: prioritising solution quality, improving conversion efficiency and scaling responsibly.
